SHIP

XuYue Ecom (XiuYue E-Commerce Co., Ltd.) runs a working parcel counter desk from its root address at 134 Minzhu Group, Mianjiang Village, Gugang Town, Liuyang City - 410000, China (CN). Each carton that reaches this bench is weighed on the platform scale, matched to a waybill, taped closed and walked to the ship-out rack before the courier call closes. We build the small computer systems that keep that counter honest: the parcel rows, the ship-out sheets and the store notes that tell every team what was weighed, what was labelled and what still waits on the shelf. For buyers far from Hunan, the desk is the single place where a parcel history can be checked, corrected and re-sent. Read the full service list →

Why a parcel counter

A counter is honest in a way a dashboard is not

Most e-commerce operations hide their work behind a screen. XuYue Ecom takes the opposite view. The parcel counter desk is the physical centre of the business, and the software we design follows the counter rather than replacing it. A carton is placed on the scale. A reading is taken. A waybill is written by hand or printed from the label roll. A tape gun seals the seam. Only after all of that does the parcel move to a row bay, and only after a ship-out sheet is ticked does it leave the building.

That sequence gives us six natural checkpoints, and we named our services after them: parcel row bays, ship-out sheet runs, store note desks, restock windows, review rounds and order sittings. Each checkpoint has a paper trail and a matching system record, so no parcel depends on one person remembering a number.

Six services, six checkpoints

What the ship-out sheet actually records

Parcel Row Bays

Numbered bays keep weighed parcels in order along the counter wall. Each bay holds one order until the courier call and the ship-out sheet agree on the exit.

Ship-Out Sheet Runs

A printed sheet runs beside the counter and records every carton that leaves in a day. The desk reads it aloud at close so the digital list and the paper list share one truth.

Store Note Desks

Short notes from the shop floor describe a damaged label, a missing insert or a wrong size. Store note desks turn those notes into tasks that reach the right bench person.

Restock Windows

Restock windows set the hours when stock may enter the counter area without blocking active parcels. The window is planned, not improvised.

Review Rounds

A review round walks the counter and checks a sample of weighed cartons against their waybills. Rounds catch drift before a customer ever sees it.

Order Sittings

An order sitting is a scheduled reading of open orders where the desk sits with the buyer concern and settles it face to face, with the parcel present.

More on Order Sittings

XuYue Ecom opens its ship-out window every working morning, and the counter stays open for store notes and restock checks until the last row bay is cleared. Ask the desk about a window.

The bench, step by step

How a parcel moves through the Liuyang desk

The bench is arranged so that no carton needs to be carried twice. Everything from the scale tray to the label roll sits within one arm length of the packer, and the software behind the desk records each touch.

Step one

Weigh on the tray

The carton sits on the platform scale. The reading is written to the waybill and to the row record in the same minute.

Step two

Write the waybill

The waybill pad and the chained pen stay on the bench. Address, order number and weight go on the bill in that order.

Step three

Seal and label

The tape gun closes the seam, and the label roll dispenser gives the carton a printed label that matches the bill.

Step four

Place in a bay

The carton goes to its row bay. The ship-out sheet marks the bay and the courier call confirms the exit.

Built for shop teams

Software that reads the paper before it writes the screen

XuYue Ecom designs computer integrated systems for small trading desks that already keep good paper records. We do not ask a shop to abandon its ship-out sheets or its store notes. Instead we read the structure of those records and build a system that mirrors them, so the paper and the screen can be compared at any hour.

This is why our work looks different from a generic order dashboard. A parcel company cares about a carton that was weighed twice, a label that was printed for the wrong bay, or a restock that arrived in the middle of the courier call. Our systems surface exactly those events, and nothing else.

The Liuyang desk also serves as our acceptance lab. Before a client system goes live, a sample of its screens is printed and used at this bench for a full day. If a packer cannot work from the printout without asking a question, the screen is redesigned.

Every project ends with a review round at the counter, a plain-language store note describing what changed, and a short sitting where the client team can raise anything they noticed. See the six services in full.

The people behind the counter

A small team that keeps one desk in sight

Counter lead

The counter lead owns the ship-out sheet and the courier call. This person decides when a row bay may be cleared and signs the close of the day against the digital list. The lead is the first point of contact when a client wants to know where a parcel actually is, because the lead can read the bay and the sheet at once.

Store note desk

The note desk collects short written messages from the floor and routes each one to a bench person, a packer or the system designer. Notes are never left in a chat thread. They are pinned to the parcel they concern, so a later review round can read the whole story of a carton.

Systems designer

The designer builds the parcel rows, ship-out sheets and restock windows inside a client system and tests them at the bench. This role also writes the plain store notes that explain a change to a team that will never read a technical manual.

Review officer

The review officer runs the scheduled rounds and samples weighed cartons against their bills. Findings go into a written round record and into the next order sitting, where the buyer and the counter lead agree on a fix.
