ONE BENCH

XuYue Ecom (XiuYue E-Commerce Co., Ltd.) offers six connected services, and all of them run from the Liuyang shop desk at 134 Minzhu Group, Mianjiang Village, Gugang Town, Liuyang City - 410000, China (CN). The parcel rows, the ship-out sheets and the store notes are not separate products because the counter cannot be split: a weigh reading belongs to a bay, a bay belongs to a sheet, and a sheet belongs to the day. Below is what each service does at the desk and what a client receives from it. Book a desk visit →

Six connected services

What runs at the parcel counter desk

Each service below has a fixed place at the bench and a matching system record. We describe them in the order a parcel meets them, from the moment it reaches a row bay to the sitting where an open order is closed.

Parcel Row Bays

Parcel row bays are numbered slots along the counter wall where a weighed carton waits for its courier call. Each bay is planned so that a packer can read the bay number, the waybill and the row record at one glance. When a bay fills, the desk does not pile cartons on the floor; it opens the next bay and writes the move onto the ship-out sheet. The system behind the bays shows which carts are held, which are due out and which have waited too long.

Ship-Out Sheet Runs

The ship-out sheet is a printed run that sits beside the counter and records every carton that leaves in a day. XuYue Ecom designs the sheet so that a single line carries the bay, the order, the weight band and the courier call time. At close, the counter lead reads the sheet aloud and compares it with the digital list. A ship-out sheet run also produces the archive copy that stays in the shop and the summary that goes to the client, so no one has to reconstruct a day from memory.

Store Note Desks

A store note desk turns spoken floor problems into written tasks. A damaged label, a missing insert, a wrong size or a bent carton flap becomes a short note pinned to the order it concerns. The desk routes the note to the packer, the bench lead or the systems designer, and the note stays attached to the parcel record until the review round retires it. Because notes live with the parcel, a later review can read the full history of a carton in one place.

Restock Windows

Restock windows are planned hours when new stock may enter the counter area without crossing active parcels. The desk plans each window against the courier call, so the aisle stays clear when carts are moving. XuYue Ecom sets the window in the system, prints it on the shop board and alerts the floor twenty minutes before it opens. A restock that misses its window is not forced through; it waits for the next one, and that delay is recorded rather than hidden.

Review Rounds

Review rounds are scheduled walks along the counter where a sample of weighed cartons is checked against the waybill and the row record. The review officer checks the weight, the label, the bay number and the order contents. Findings go into a written round record, and any repeat finding goes straight onto the next order sitting. Rounds catch drift early, while a parcel is still in the building and can still be corrected without a resend.

Order Sittings

An order sitting is a short scheduled meeting where the desk, the buyer and the bench team read an open order together with the parcel present on the bench. The weight is checked on the scale, the waybill is read aloud, and any note attached to the order is closed or carried forward. An order sitting is the last checkpoint before a client case is settled, and the decision is written into the ship-out sheet archive.

Process overview

How the six services fit one working day

The counter runs in a fixed rhythm. Restock windows open before the first weigh, ship-out sheet runs and row bays carry the middle of the day, store note desks collect what went wrong, and review rounds and order sittings close the day.

Opening

Restock before carts

New stock enters during its planned window while the aisles are still clear and no carts are waiting for a call.

Midday

Weigh and row

Cartons are weighed on the tray, billed, sealed and placed in row bays as the courier calls come in.

Afternoon

Notes and sheets

Store notes collect floor issues while the ship-out sheet reads every exit against the digital list.

Closing

Rounds and sittings

Review rounds sample the day, and order sittings settle whatever the notes and the rounds raised.

XuYue Ecom opens its ship-out window every working morning, and the counter stays open for store notes and restock checks until the last row bay is cleared. Ask the desk about a window.
